Environmental Consulting Experience
John C. Mitsak, P.E., President of JM&A.
Prior to founding JM&A, John was a manager for Fluor Daniel GTI, Chester Environmental, Keystone Environmental Resources, and Koppers Company. John has been in the environmental field for over 35 years and has a strong manufacturing experience having served as group environmental manager and “energy czar” for Koppers Metal Products Division. John began his career as a process design engineer for Koppers, designing chemical plants, including by product recovery coke plants.
John received a chemical engineering degree from Penn State University and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
